I bought the sketchup pro and have never received my license. I sent through the sketchup website lots of messages to the support team. I looked for the possible phone contacts I could call them but when I called and chose an extension the answering machine simply said " the extension you have dial doesn´t exist". I´m NOT SATISFIED AT ALL with this situation. Now I would like a refund after all the trouble I´m having and there is no way to contact trimble or any one from sketchup.
bought directly at Trimble or at a local reseller or elsewhere?
