Thanks for the example. If I understand correctly, you’re saying the move or push/pull tool gives you more control of which part you scale? But there’s nothing wrong with the scale tool for simple objects?

Move and Push/Pull give different control than Scale over the size of objects. The appropriate tool depends on exactly what you want to accomplish. It may be that with simple objects Move or Push/Pull is still a better option.
