The text, dimensions and annotations are always placed below my drawing without me being able to place them above it.

That’s because you are placing those entities on a layer lower in the list than the layer your viewport is on. Put them on a layer higher in the Layers list and they will be on top.

Thank you for your reply, but it doesn’t work.
I’m familiar with the layer system, this isn’t the first file I’ve made in Layout but it’s the first time my annotations have stayed underneath…

It’s funny that Layout 2024 was more tolerant, I’d never noticed that before :slight_smile:

There’s nothing different in the layer behavior between LayOut 2024 and LayOut 2025. Layers work exactly the same way. You must have had a layer below the one the viewport is on active. You would see the exact same thing in every version of LayOut since it was released.
