Hi,
I have been working on a Layout drawing for two weeks. Today it is placing or new additions (drawing notes, dimensioning, images etc) under my Sketchup model box. Previously I simply resolved this by Arrange/Send to back - this is not working.
If somebody has experienced a similar problem and has resolution for me - I would be most grateful 
Just wondering - is it pasting the items onto a layer that’s below the one your sketchup model view is on? Is the one the sketchup model is on locked?
When other people have reported the same thing , it has been as Sam suggests. The active layer is lower in the list than the layer your SketchUp viewport is on.
Arrange only works for entities on the same layer. It doesn’t change the arrangement of entities on different layers.
