On su2024 the plugin installation is still displayed, on 2025 I installed the plugin but it is not displayed I have to enable it manually

It is ‘Unsigned’ - unlike the others listed.
If you Extension Manager’s Loading Policy is set to any other that ‘Unrestricted’ unsigned extensions aren’t loaded.
You can change this and restart SketchUp to see the changes.
However, be aware that this extension might be ‘unfriendly’ or even ‘malignant’ once it has got permissions.
Before you jump in to make the changes, you should only install extensions from the Extension Warehouse, SketchUcation’s PluginStore/ExtensionStore, or trusted developers’ sites.
If you trust this extension then try it… Where did you get it from ? I can’t find it anywhere [seems oddly Vietnamese and unsigned ?]…
