I am a long time extension developer with 2 extensions.
When I log into the extension warehouse ACCOUNT my extensions are no longer there???
When I search for the extension they are still available for users to buy.
What happened???

Yes I see your store page with the 2 extensions.
Re, the Warehouse, there is a new developer’s interface (which I have not yet tried.)
It allows teams of multiple developers to work on and control the same extension(s).
There may be some forum posts here about the new interface but the general online User’s Guide is of no help.
I can confirm that mine are visible in the Extensions tab (My Extensions → Extensions). None of mine have Extension Listings though. Is the problem with Listings / new interface?
And I remember where I saw the explanation of the new EW interface. It was in a video from last August’s Developer meetup.

Both of his extension are commercial, so he likely has been migrated to the new interface.
Those of us that just have free extensions are probably still on the old interface.
I suspect you are correct that the issue is with the Listing tab and the new interface. There was also the recent glitch in extension signing reported here, so it seems there are some breaks happening as the updates are happening in the background.
Yup … “growing pains.” BTW, the Listing tab is for extension(s) sold through a 3rd party website.
Both Barry’s extensions are sold through the SketchUp Extension Warehouse.
The ins and outs of software sales.
I understand wanting to DIY extension distribution, including sales and licensing. On the other hand, I gladly pay for services others do better (or that I don’t want to do). I wonder if more extension developers would elect to use EW if the % of sales taken were lower? The Extensibility Team provides valuable services. Extension developers must be asking themselves, “at what cost”. Interesting dynamics arise… ![]()
This is how the new interface looks, click on the highlighted drop-down to switch modes and hopefully the extensions are under one of those sections!
Thanks that worked. I see my extensions. However to see purchase history I first have to click “downloads”. That page has a “purchase history” link, BUT also says “0 extensions found” with no drop down to “select an organization”. ???
Hi Barry,
As you’re aware you and I are writing privately on email regarding this.
For everyone else here, there is a page on our website relating to the new Organisation’s UI. Recently any accounts that were setup to sell on Extension Warehouse were migrated to this new interface. Those with only free or listing pages have remained on the traditional interface. Improvements regarding the UI for this feature will continue to be rolled out over the coming months.
Investigation is ongoing regarding Barry’s purchase history being blank at present.
