You’ve got all the edges hidden so it shouldn’t be surprising that you don’t get any edges in your export. Unhide the edges so they show and see what you get then.

Sorry. I don’t have time to do that now. Edit the components and groups and unhide the edges.

Basically, you have to open every component for edit, select the edges, and turn off their hidden flag. For a complex model that can be very tedious. I have a Ruby utility that does it quickly. Here you go:
