Texture message covering pins

I was teaching SketchUp today, and my student was having issues with the texture message covering his pins.

The image in this post is from my SketchUp model and shows the message offset to the right of the pin, making it easy to select.

On his computer, the message is offset to the left of the pin, which covers it and prevents him from selecting it.

I also had another student with the same issue a few months ago.

Is there an option to adjust the location of this message or to turn it off?

Are they using SketchUp on Windows or Mac? What graphics card?

Compare display scaling between computers.

There’s no setting to change the location of the message within SketchUp.
