Texture edit tool not working

I have been using sketchup for a little while now and occasionally have a problem with the texture position tool not giving me the scale and position option. It appears to be almost permanent now. It only allows me to distort from all corners and the 4 little positions anchors lose their icons. I have restarted my computer thinking maybe my graphics card needed a reset but that does not seem to fix it.

Right click on the texture and choose Position>Fixed Pins.

wow. not sure how I managed to do that. sketchup is always freezing up on me, so who knows what I have accidentally clicked on. LOL

You can also just tap Shift to toggle between the pins.
