When I type a heading or text on my Layout drawing it then fills the box with grey making it difficult to read. Have I inadvertently clicked something which has done this?
Maybe you have selected a gray fill in Shape Style. Select the text box and deselect Fill. Does that fix it?
Thanks very much that’s exactly what I’ve done but I now have a box around the text - do you know how I can remove this, I tried clicking the unbounded icon on text but it’s still there.
Deselect Stroke in the Shape Style window while the text box is selected.
