Text automatically changing to black in Layout

Hello,

I encountered an odd bug. I’m curious if someone can recreate it with this file I provided. When I click on the grouped objects. Their text automatically turn black. The objects have 2 text objects that have different text colors (white and black). I don’t know what triggered this. I copied and pasted this file into a fresh one after restarting the program and still got this result. These objects in my scrap book behave just fine.

I am using Windows 11 Pro

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU (23 GB)
Intel(R) Graphics (128 MB)

Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 9 275HX (2.70 GHz)

Are you seeing this in LayOut 2023 as your profile shows you are using? It’s been reported for LO2026 in this thread.

Oh sorry! Forgot to update that, I am using the latest 2026. Glad to hear its been reported then.
