Tape measure - snapping to metres not millimetres

Hi all, Hope you can help. All of a sudden my tape measure has started to snap to Metre increments, whereas I’m working in mm. It’s been fine for ages, I’ve checked / reloaded browser etc, no joy. I can confirm this applies to only one model whereas others are fine. I have checked app settings and the unit is decimal mm. Can anyone advise please? Many Thanks

To what are units and Length Snapping set in Model Info for that model? General advice is to leave Length Snapping turned off.
