Measurements - Unwanted snapping to meter increments

hello everyone i have a problem with my measurments while i am using line command the distance just goes 1,2.3… meters but for example i want to draw 1.23 meters i have to write it. it was working perfectly before probably i did something…

so can someone help me ?

Unit Snapping looks to be set at 1 meter…
