SystemCheckUp Utility does not recognize my real graphics card memory

Hi!

I have just run the SketchUp 2018 Checkup Utility and these have been the results:

Error: Your "Quadro M2000M/PCIe/SSE2" graphics card has 1 MB of graphics card memory. SketchUp requires a graphics card that has 256 MB or more of memory. Note: if you think this error is incorrect, see Help > Documentation.

I have just updated to the last graphic card driver from the manufacturer page but the error remains.

My NVIDIA Quadro M2000M/PCIe/SSE2 has the following features from the DxDiag:

  • Card name: NVIDIA Quadro M2000M
  • Manufacturer: NVIDIA
  • Chip type: Quadro M2000M
  • Display Memory: 12222 MB
  • Dedicated Memory: 4053 MB
  • Shared Memory: 8168 MB

I read Help Documentation but I cannot find which is the problem.
SketchUp runs fine, but maybe it is not running wih all the graphic capabilities of the card.

Does anyone have an answer about this?

Thanks a lot

SketchUp Checkup 2019 avail.

The ol’ video memory bug caused by the used Windows system information utility (“Win+R > msinfo32”), just ignore.

It’s OK, I’ll ignore it because SketchUp is running fine…
Thank you!

не могу установить программу SketchUP Make 2017 64-bit.
при установке выскакивает ошибка :
Не удалось запустить модуль C:\Program Files\SketchUp2017\Thumbs Up.dll. HRESULT-2147024770.
