Hi, i got this error when i run sketcupcheckup. Anyone knows what to do.

Error: Your “Quadro M3000M/PCIe/SSE2” graphics card has 1 MB of graphics card memory. SketchUp requires a graphics card that has 256 MB or more of memory.

If you ignore the message does SketchUp still function? I think it’s a windows bug.

There is a bug in CheckUp resulting in it claiming the graphic memory is just 1MB. To see if SketchUp works you can install it and test for yourself.

My understanding is that it’s actually a bug in Windows that CheckUp exposes. It can still be ignored.

Well, CheckUp not recognizing the faulty value given from Windows and instead displaying a warning that it couldn’t determine the graphic memory size is in itself a bug.
