The buck? Importing images has nothing to do with 3dwarehouse, does it? From 3dwarehouse, you import models, not images. Can you share the image you’re trying to load? What kind of image? And why do you think 3dwarehouse has anything to do with this?

That’s nearly unreadable… can you go to the directory /Users/YOUR_NAME/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter/ and send us SketchUp_LOTS-OF-HEXIDECIMAL-NUMBERS.plist file? Go to Support - Technical Support | SketchUp Help to do this, and tell them Barry sent you. From trying to read this, it looks like the bmp you’re trying to import is cached. Are you sure it’s a valid file, and why are you using bmp? I’ve never used bmp’s on Mac, Preview doesn’t support bmp’s does it? Try opening the image in Preview.
You submitted the same garbage without line endings to our support group. I want you to find the file I asked you to find, and attach it to the tech support link. Do not cut-n-paste the same garbage in.
