Ok, I’ve been using SketchUp for 8 years. I am running Pro 2016 on Windows 10. Suddenly there is a time lag whenever I make a command. The arrow moves freely, but if I try to select something it takes about 10 seconds to respond. It seems related specifically to the select arrow. If I try to select something nothing happens, I can’t even choose a new tool (either as a shortcut or on the tool bar.) The command eventually goes through, but it takes 5-10 seconds, at which point I can freely select other tool, or rotate the model, but as soon as I click the select arrow again all commands freeze for 5-10 seconds, even while the arrow will still move around.
It happens on all files, even very small ones. Even if I open a new file and draw a single form. There’s no pinwheel, and the bar at the top doesn’t read “Not responding…”
What’s up? I’ve never seen this.
