Suddenly I can't load items from 3D warehouse anymore, it fails to connect

Hello,

Since this morning I am having troubles downloading items from the 3D warehouse. There is an error message saying that it failed to connect. However, I have used it without problems for years now. The internet connexion is ok, I have set google chrome as the default browser and did everything else what was suggested by the chat robot. I also downloaded the sketchup 2026 version to see if this helped but unfortunately it didn’t. It doesn’t fail to connect for all items but for most of them. If I connect to the 3D warehouse directly through Bing it doesn’t work either. Is it a general problem maybe? It’s very annoying. Can someone tell me what to do?

There are already about a dozen threads on this topic. The issue is being worked on.

Its looking like a local server issue, I’m in Ireland and had the same issue but when I changed my country on my VPN the issue went away

The list of countries that are affected is quite long.

Yeah I’d say so, What worked for me was changing my country to the US on my VPN as there didn’t seem to reports of any issues there and just chanced my arm.

I have heard that the problem is fixed. Could you try again, without VPN?
