I am getting the above message today when trying to log in to SU. Can anyone tell me what is going on? I have read previous posts but still can’t seem to connect.
There have been some login issues and I expect they are being worked on. Try signing out via your web browser at connect.trimble.com. Then try signing in again.
Are you still using SU2018 as indicated in your profile?
Hello Dave. Long time no speak. Hope you are well. Grateful to see you are still out there being the first to help. No I am on 2022 Pro. Don’t know where to update my profile. haven’t used SU for some time

I had a Token Authorization error earlier but signing out and back in through connect.trimble.com and then restarting SketchUp Pro took care of it.
As for updating your profile, click on the R in the colored circle in the upper right part of the forum window. Click on Preferences (the person icon) and then Preferences (the gear icon) and you should see the options for updating your profile.
