Actually, I can log in and I am logged in, but SU keeps telling me I have to log in.
I’m running 12.7.6 Monterey on a 2015 Mac, and was logged in and using SU last month. I can’t tell what version of SU I’m using, it is the most modern my computer will run.
I thought Trimble was kind enough (/s) to provide a support number for SU, but all I could find was their link to the forums.
legend has it that there are no phone lines in the trimble head office.
depending on what version you’re running, there might also be no (more) official support. Trimble only supports the last 3 years, so 26, 25 and 24
try this.
might help. quit, try the solution, and restart sketchup.
end of support simply means 2 things. if you ask for tech support, they’ll answer you that you should upgrade.
and the warehouses inside SU won’t work. you have to manually download from your browser (that is better anyway).
the “trick” deletes the files that contains your activation for the next 28 days.
maybe it was corrupted, maybe the mood was not in the right phase… these things happen in IT.
glad it worked
