We are trying to Upgrade from Shop to Pro 2022 but no response from a number of messages sent. We are using a Trial Version of Pro at this time. Have had a SU Pro level License since the beginning of SU with the last one in 2020 which we would rather Upgrade if possible. Any help appreciated.
