SU-2017 Pro freezes when exporting a 2D graphic

Hi All,

I have been suffering from SU freezes for a while when I try to export a scene into 2D graphic, namely JPEG or PNG.

I have 12 GM rams, ATI FirePro 4800 for the VGA card on Dell 5500 Precision !!! The size I am to export does not exceed 1500 Pix X 850 Pix!
What would be the problem ?

The first thing to do is check to make sure you have the latest drivers installed for that card.

Driver is updated! but was wondering whether the model/release year and Memory of Card affect at all? its`s been on the computer for over six years.
