Is this in SketchUp 2018 as your profile indicates you’re using? And Windows 7?

Yes on both questions. Its not model dependent

Try repairing the installation. Find the installer or download a fresh copy, right click on it and choose Run as administrator. Then Repair.

Does that mean I would have to reinstall all my plug-ins?

No, it doesn’t.

Extensions are installed in a User directory that is not affected by reinstalling theapplication.
