Hi, I think the update to the icon style between SketchUp 2022 and 2024 is a massive backwards step. The new icons may look ‘smarter’ with the coordinated colour scheme but they are so much harder to use. I have normal vision but can imagine for those with any type of sight issues the icons will be much harder to identify. It was way easier to find the required icon with the old style than the new. This seems a change for fashion rather than function. Thanks.
Actually, the change is from version 2023.1. At that time, there were quite a few topics about it. (e.g.)
Personally, I don’t like it either, but we’ll get used to it. (I haven’t succeeded yet…
