Student License Purchased but Account Shows Trial Only

If you purchased a student license via one of our reseller partners you should reach out to them to get support directly from them. If you do not remember who you purchased your license from, you can always look that up from this page:

Hi @matthew_mcdowell, thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you do not have money in your account at the moment. If you do get enough money and are a student you are welcome to make a purchase via one of our reseller partners. In the meantime, you are welcome to use the free web version for your school work.
Just make sure you do not use it for commercial work as that violates the terms of service.
