STL file not slicing properly

I am using Sketchup to create Stl files for my 3D Printer. I have created several iteration. All of which printed successfully. I created a new one this afternoon and it will not slice properly. I have recreated it several time. During this process I have discovered that if I add one more line it will not slice properly.
It has to be something that I can not figure out. The file is simple it has a Floor and one wall. I want to put three triangle supports. I can put one in with success. When I add even one line of the second and third, it fails to slice properly.
I have screenshots of what is happening.
Itteration 3 Top 1.skp (382.8 KB)

It’s the internal face of the buttress in the model you shared. The delete the edge at the corner (shown selected) and the faces will go.

You should make a group or component of your thing. SketchUp will tell you if the object is solid or not. It it’s identified as solid it should be 3D printable. You can also use Solid Inspector and Solid Inspector 2 to help identify and in some cases fix issues with groups and components not being solid.

I wish I knew 1% of what you know.

Thank you Doug.

Check your PMs. I did a little demo for you. I sent it in a PM because it’s a little off topic for this thread.
