Startup Problem with SketchUp Pro

Hi, bonjonr,
This is my problem

Error: Something went wrong while retrieving the system information from your computer. This may cause tests regarding System RAM, Windows version and/or graphics card memory to fail.
Error: Your computer’s system RAM is 0 MB. SketchUp requires 2 GB or more of system RAM.
Error: Graphics card information is missing.
Success: Operating system version requirement has been met!
Success: Graphics card OpenGL requirement has been met!
Success: Graphics card Hardware Acceleration requirement has been met!

I checked my 16GO RAM in windows 7 and all is ok (no problem found)
My graphic card driver is ok (quadro k1200 4GO)
I re-install Sketchup pro 2017 tow times

Why my RAM is not detected in scketshup ? the soft crash each day !

install latest Quadro driver version 377.11 from 23.03.2017.

Did you right-click the installer file and choose “Run as administrator” from the mouse context menu ?

yes to all (driver runned as administrator) and the same report in sketchup checkup.
anyone have a solution to my problem ?
