SketchUp 2021 checkup

Bonjour à tous, nouveau sur ce forum mais utilisateur de SketchUp depuis quelques années déjà, je viens de découvrir CHECKUP.
Comme je rencontre quelques problème occasionnels avec sketchup, je voulais m’assurer que mon PC avait la configuration nécessaire.
Mais voila, checkup rencontre 3 erreurs que voici :

Error: Something went wrong while retrieving the system information from your computer. This may cause tests regarding System RAM, Windows version and/or graphics card memory to fail.
Error: Your computer’s system RAM is 0 MB. SketchUp requires 2 GB or more of system RAM.
Error: Graphics card information is missing.

Alors que ma RAM est de 32 GO, la carte graphique NVidia quadro K3000M est bien reconnu !

Quelqu’un aurait-il une explication à cela ?

The checkup application itself may have been improved over time. Here is the 2021 version:

If that shows things are ok for 2021, they should be ok for 2017 as well.

Merci de votre réponse, mais il ce trouve que c’est la version que j’ai utilisé. je l’ai réinstallé en suivant votre lien, mais le résultat de l’analyse est identique.

J’ai les mêmes erreurs (mais sketchup fonctionne tout de même, ma carte graphique est bien reconnue dans le logiciel)

I get the same errors. I tried reinstalling as administrator, run as administrator… Close sketchup as it may interfere if still opened. still the same

Nouveau sur ce forum aussi, j’ai redécouvert Sketchup il y a 2 semaines.
Tout allais bien jusqu’a cette semaine ou sketchup (Sketchup Pro 2021 30 d’essais) se bloque après démarrage.

J’ai aussi lancé le checkup 2021, et j’ai les mêmes message en ayant aussi 32 GB de RAM, et un NVidia Geoforce RTX 1070.

Il a donc fonctionné 2 semains sans problème et depuis deux jours, plus rien.

Sketch up opens when i start my computer i don’t want it to and i have not chosen that option also it keeps trying to verify its self but cannot finish that procedure a box appears and says verifying sketchup but will not finish goes about half way then stalls ! i just installed it on my new MacBook pro with very latest OS !

Not sure why it is opening up again, unless macOS had crashed. That it takes a long time to verify suggests it’s finding the SketchUp on the disk image, and not the one in Applications.

In Downloads, look for SketchUpPro-2021-0-1.dmg, and drag it to Trash. Empty Trash, and restart your Mac.

After the restart, look in Applications to see if there is a SketchUp 2021 folder. If there isn’t, download a fresh DMG file from this link:

https://www.sketchup.com/sketchup/2021/SketchUpPro-dmg

Mount that image, drag SketchUp 2021 folder on to the Applications alias, and after it is copied, eject the disk image. Now look for SketchUp in the Applications/SketchUp 2021 folder. Don’t trust any SketchUp icon you see in the Dock, it may be pointing to the copy on the disk image.
