Squares instead of texture

Hello i am completely new in Sketchup and i have a big problem. When i try to use some texture i see something like a chessmate instead of them.

In render it looks normal. Can anybody help me?

Share the .skp file so we can see exactly what you’ve set up.

Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2021 “Free Plan” but there is no such version. Please update your forum profile to show that you are using SketchUp Pro. When that information is correct it helps us help you.

I changed my Sketchup version in my profile.

This previous post includes a link to an article that explains V-Ray material binding. That may help.

I glanced at it, and it doesn’t say much! But, main thing to know is that it’s a normal issue. @mihai.s may be able to give the solution.

Ok. Thank You, now i know it is everything right. Texture is just too advanced for Sketchup but render can show in correct.

Sounds like you’ve got that sorted. Before you get too far into rendering, I would suggest you fix the exposed reversed faces such as the one under the cabinets, the outside wall, and the inside wall in the back.

Purging unused would be a good idea.
