Solid objects do not subract

i have two solid model, but they do not subtract. i want to make mold for this shape but cant figure this out. any ideas?

Unless you position one so its faces pass through the other there’ll be nothing for Subtract to do. If you want the one on the left to be in the middle of the one on the right, move it into the one on the right and explode it so the geometry is all in one object. Also reverse the faces of the interior one.

Your model is very tiny for all the geometry it contains. Scale it up by a factor of 100 or even 1000. I scaled up by 1000 here and Subtract works just fine.

If you need a complete mold volume create two solid blocks.
