Solid inspector2 limitation

Hi,

I have used solid inspector2 to check and fix a solid. Solid inspector tells me all good but when I select the group I do not get a volume. I am thinking this is because the solid is complicated and contains too many small triangles and acute angles. Does anyone have suggestions wrt the way forward.

Without seeing it there isn’t much to guess about.
Most likely you have two edges coming together to form a flat point.

I use #2 only as a quick check, and to get rid of floating edges - then get serious with #1 to locate the issues.
