Solid inspector2 is saying that “Everything is Shiny”, but the volume is not showing in entity info for the group?

I have tried everything I can think of but I am relatively new to SketchUp… Any ideas?
Solid Inspector 2 does that sometimes. It seems just to not recognise certain things. Use Solid Inspector which will highlight any issues. Use Clean Up 3, while doing the manual repairs and it will work well.
You have 2 extrusions touching along a single edge, this won’t be seen as a solid. You could join them fully or remove part as I have done here.
