We are committed to using only the most reliable and secure Multi-Factor Authentication methods. So, we are moving away from SMS Text authentication as an option. Beginning on April 2, 2025, if you are currently using SMS authentication with Trimble Identity, you will need to select an alternative method.
Recently we also introduced support for Passkeys in Trimble Identity, offering you the convenience and security of using your fingerprint, facial recognition, or a PIN for access. If you’re interested in learning more, we have resources available.
