Sketchup won't open, every time it produces a bugsplat

I had tried to export a dwg from a model, whilst doing this it crashed. Ever since sketch up wont open, and produces a bug splat every time.

I have reinstalled as administrator and repaired, and still facing the issue.

Thanks for the bugsplat, it seems like it’s crashing while trying to load Lumion. Can you try disabling that plugin and see if you’re able to load a model? You will have to remove it in File Explorer if it’s crashing right on launch.

..\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2026\SketchUp\Plugins

I have removed Lumion off the computer, and it is still crashing on launch every time. Crash #157656

That crash was still while Lumion was loading. In File Explorer, paste this into the path field:

c:/users/hemme/appdata/roaming/sketchup/sketchup 2026/sketchup/plugins/

Do you see a Lumion rb file and folder?
