Hey all, I use sketchup for work and have run into an issue where the software will instantly crash as soon as I try to open an existing model or create a new one. It is giving the same error on both my desktop pc and my laptop. My computer is pretty heafty and was able to open it smoothly just a week ago.
Are you getting Bug Splats and if so, are you sending them in with your email address and name attached?
I am yes, but i haven’t gotten any emails back and the AI chatbot has been no help. Im trying to get it resolved before the end of the weekened but im not sure how long it usually takes to resolve these issues
Maybe @colin can look into it and give you an idea of what’s happeing.
Do you have Lumion installed?
If you send in bugsplat reports, add your email to the report. Then I can look them up.
Or, if you’re taken to a web page, show the number that you are given.
I do have lumion installed! I tried to delete it cause online it says to remove plugin but it wont let me remove it. Everytime I do it gives me an error code saying its unable to remove it.

If i search up lumion it does give me a couple options is there a certain one I should be looking for?

What did you get loaded? The intent was to remove Lumion.
yes i figured out how to remove lumion, I found the lumion.rb deleted it and was able to open a new model.
