SketchUp Viewer Not Opening (Black Screen)

Hi there,

I am trying to view a model in SketchUp Viewer, but whenever I open the program my entire screen is black. I’ve installed and uninstalled the program, but I’m still getting the same results.

(The entire screen is black and unresponsive - not just the viewport. It used to at least open months ago. Not sure if this has something to do with the mixed reality portal?)

What is the graphics card? Have you updated its drivers?

The Intel® i5-7400 CPU has integrated Intel® HD Graphics 630.

This is not recommended for use with SketchUp desktop products. As Dave says, try updating the graphics driver. Use could also try switching off fast feedback in Window > Preferences > OpenGL.

If this doesn’t work perhaps an older version of the Desktop Viewer ?
(This would mean you must also view older version skp files.)
