Hello, We regularly use the old Sketchup viewer application for the Meta Quest, the one that needs to be connected to a computer. This application worked perfectly and allowed us to show our customers their store virtually. Our sketchup files are between 200MB and 400MB. Since few weeks it has been impossible to use it, a message telling us that we do not have a PRO license appears, even though we are logged into our account and we have a PRO license. So we decided to use the new sketchup viewer application, the one that no longer needs to be connected to a computer. Unfortunately, it does not work. It is impossible to load our 3D files, which are apparently too big. However, our files are systematically purged and cleaned in order to be as small as possible. We are therefore more able to offer a virtual tour to our customers. If the old app was perfect, we would like to be able to continue using it. Please let us know how to solve our problem

Hello, does anyone have a solution to our problem?
Hi Frederic,
Apologies for the late response.
Firstly I would like to inform you that we are discontinuing the SketchUp Viewer for PCVR in July 2025 as stated in this announcement.
Meanwhile, there is a workaround for fixing the issue you are facing. Please try the following steps:
- Log into your Trimble Account
- Click “My Products” from the menu on the left
- Expand the “View Included Applications” accordeon menu
- Locate “SketchUp Viewer for Oculus/Vive” and click “Manage Devices”
- Click “Deauthorize all”
Then try to launch again the SketchUp Viewer for VR legacy app that is connected to your computer and let me know if that resolved the issue.
Best,
AK
