We have bought the 2018 version of SketchUp, which is compatible with V-Ray 3.0 which we use in our work.
We have automatically updated and our active license is now the 2019 version. Now we can’t go back to the 2018 version since our maintenance & support license is expired.
How can we get downgraded and obtain a 2018 license back again?
I hope there is a solution for us because we can’t continue work tough we have legally bought license.

Hi, sorry to dig out an old topic, but I’m facing exactly the same issue. I had purchased SU 2018, and am using it with V-Ray 3.6. My license was automatically updated to SU 2019, but now I wanted to migrate to new PC and my SU 2018 license does not work. Please help me downgrading my license back to 2018 one, because I literally cannot do anything work related
