Recover and Downgrade to 2018

I have a problem related to Sketchup Pro licenses.
We bought the 2018 version of SketchupPro from TotalCAD, an authorized reseller. However, at the end of last year we lost the PCs. As a result, we were unable to remove the licenses from the machines.
I contacted the reseller and explained the problem, they ended up updating our licenses to the 2019 version. The problem is that we have another software that is only compatible with the 2018 version, so I would need to downgrade and recover these licenses. Unfortunately the dealer told me he can’t do anything, can I get help directly with you?
