SketchUp user can't access to use

I have a problem with starting SketchUp 2022. Why I can’t open SketchUp and run it, I try to uninstall and reinstall but it shows the same, Please kindly advise me to fix this issue

What happens when you sign in with your browser as suggested? Try signing out and then back in again. I did randomly see a down for maintenance sign on Trimble sign in from 4 -5 UTC which might be causing a problem. You do have a paid subscription for Pro, correct?
