Hi,
I updated my Mac to macOS Monterey 12.6 and am not not able to sign in to sketch up. I am only able to have one file open at a time, when I try to open a second file it asks me to sign in. The sign in button does not work, I am signed in to the warehouse, and when I go to the Trimble webpage to login that works, however, sketchup doesn’t recognized that I am logged in.
I’m having the same problem. This past weekend, SketchUp 2022 logged me out and won’t let me log in. I can click the sign-in button but the launch external tool button doesnt work. Ive been using SketchUp 2021 since.
Hi! I tried to complete the steps in the article and I don’t have a sketchup 2022 folder in the application support. I only goes up to sketchup 2020 to me.
Is there anything else I can try?
I also got an email saying my subscription was revoked??? I don’t know what’s that about.
There are two Library folders on your Mac. If you were looking in the wrong one there may not be a SketchUp 2022 folder. To get to the right folder, choose Finder, then from the Go menu choose Go to Folder…
In the dialog that appears, paste in this path (make sure to include the tilde - ‘~’):
~/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2022/
You should see the login_session.dat file in that folder.
Your subscription looks like it should be ok. Not sure what the email was about.
