Sketchup Studio - VRay Extension

Hey,
I was using Sketchup Pro for a while and using the Vray extension with it.
I recently upgraded to Sketchup Studio (which includes vray for sketchup), and cancelled my external vray license.
I am now having trouble getting Vray to work through sketchup. Everytime I go to open anything vray in my sketchup window, I am told that I do not have a license.

Has anyone had this issue?

How do I get sketchup to recognize that I now have the studio version and vray is included with that?

Hello, you need to go to chaos website and log in through Trimble with the very same account you purchased your studio license with

If logging out of SketchUp, restarting and logging back in doesn’t fix it you should contact SketchUp and/or Chaos (Vray) support. We here are an user forum and have no possibility to look at things behind the scenes to figure out what is wrong with licensing.
