Hi, I have a problem with vray license on sketchup studio.
Everything was working fine, I did the required chaos license server update and wanted to use vray yesterday - and I can’t connect with the vray license. I don’t know why this happened, tried everything. I can see that the sketchup studio license is active, but somehow it can’t connect anymore. I would be grateful for your help!
Contact Vray Customer Support. They should get you sorted.
Ok, thank you. I just wonder if anybody also had such issue recently… Maybe someone had some similar problems and can share some solutions.
Are you using Google login to login to SketchUp?
