I hope someone can. I have resorted to just sending a support request every couple days, but those don’t ever get answered so I am pretty fed up at this point. I have had several projects that i needed to have done, and had to delay or resort to other programs because of this.
Ave you attributed your licence to yourself ?
Did the payment go thru?
there is no license to attribute. and yes it did. I have gotten several emails saying “welcome to sketchup studio” but when i go to the account management portal there is no licenses or products.
This shouldn’t take so long for sure..
Hope the support team will take this serious!
Of course with the holidays it might take a few days longer.

maybe @Elmtec-Adam is in the neighbourhood too, as a reseller he might be able to at least see your account.
So, most of us here are used to the old website, they’ve transitioned to a new interface, and it’s a bit… messy even for us.

it is possible that you have 2 accounts. I do. I have one under my name with zero products, and a second one with the subscription. why ? go figure. maybe your account interfaces only shows the empty one.

on the left, under “personal account” I can find the other account to my name. and there I’ll find my subscription.
It’s a long shot, I can’t guarantee it’ll help us move forward. but while we wait for Adam, Colin or @Missa_g to pop aroundbetween two servings of turkey, it’s all I have.
