Sketchup shuts down when rendering

Hi All,

So I have a question. When I’m rendering out my project on vray it shuts down my who file when I select RTX render it doesn’t work but when CPU is selected it works but is still slow

Which version of V-Ray are you using and what is your Operating System? Your profile says ‘OS 64’ but I don’t know what that is.

You should check/ update your software. I had a similar issue before.

Which software are you referring to?

I am running windows 10 pro. Is that what you meant?
