I got a new work computer and lost my desktop icon. But I believe I am using the online version of SketchUp Shop which I pay for. Anyway the files used to come up with thumbnails of the drawing but now it just comes up with blank boxes until I use a file then the thumbnail appears but then they change back to blank boxes after a few days.
