Sketchup Repeatedly Crashing

Hello,

I am having trouble with Sketchup. I am trying to create renderable interiors however my laptop keeps crashing and can’t seem to cope with the software. I am running an I7 with a Geforce GTX 1050 and it just is struggling does anyone have any idea why this might be. Are there any settings which may help in making it better? I am also running the 2017 version due to recommendations that newer version are always being developed.

I am currently using V-Ray as a plugin to render with. I don’t know if this will be affecting anything?

Have you sent in your crash reports (“Bugsplat”)
Check for a new display driver version from the Nvidia website.
In the Nvidia control panel 3D application settings, make sure that Sketchup is set to use the Nvidia card.
Check that you have the latest version of the V-Ray plugin.
