Sketchup Pro wanting serial numbers

Suddenly this morning my Sketchup Pro is saying that I need to sign in (I am already).
It won’t open a second sketchup drawing. Says it wants a token, serial number, etc.

I have quit Sketchup and did a restart but the same thing keeps happening - asking for a token and sign in??

HELP! How do I correct this?

Your profile states you are using either 2020 or a subscription (2022?). Please correct the profile as it is confusing.

You need to sign out, close and reopen SketchUp, then sign in.
