We currently have a 2021 Pro network license and when opening the app under “Help>Check for update>” an option for 2022 update is available. Is this update free? How would the update to 2022 affect my current pro license in terms of pricing, etc.?
Network licenses are special, in that they are yearly, and if you move up to the next year license, everyone on your team needs to be on the new version within 60 days.
But, Classic and Network licenses are not sold now. It’s interesting If you are offered an update on a network license. I will check with colleagues about that.
I couldn’t find any Classic license or Pro subscription for your email address, so I’m not sure what you situation really is.
