I was hoping you could help me. I recently switched computers and no longer have access to the old one where my SketchUp Pro license was activated. I uninstalled the program before formatting it, but it doesn’t seem to have worked.
On my new computer, I’m getting the message:
“This SketchUp Pro license has been used on too many computers.”
Could you please remove the license associated with the old computers so I can activate it on the new one?
My Maintenance & Support number is: 3065049, registered under the name Talita Sauer.
